Mode d’emploi et posologie du médicament ZOPHREN
- Adulte : 8 mg en comprimé, en lyophilisat oral ou en sirop toutes les 12 heures, pendant 2 à 5 jours.
- Enfant de plus de 6 mois : la dose est calculée en fonction de la surface corporelle ou du poids de l’enfant.
Comment injecter ondansétron?
La dose recommandée est de 8 mg, au moyen d’une injection intraveineuse (dans une veine) ou intramusculaire (dans un muscle), immédiatement avant la chimiothérapie, suivie par 8 mg d’ondansétron par voie orale après 12 heures.
Comment diluer le Zophren?
Zophren injectable doit être dilué dans une solution injectable de chlorure de sodium à 0,9 \% ou dans tout autre liquide de perfusion compatible et administré en perfusion intraveineuse pendant au moins 15 minutes.
Comment diluer ceftriaxone IM?
Pour une administration en intraveineuse, reconstituer impérativement avec de l’eau pour préparations injectables (dilution minimale de 1 g dans 10 ml). What is Zofran used to treat?
ZOFRAN ® Injection is indicated for the prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of emetogenic cancer chemotherapy, including high-dose cisplatin. ZOFRAN is approved for patients aged 6 months and older. Zofran Injection is indicated for the prevention of postoperative nausea and/or vomiting.
What is a Zofran failure?

ZOFRAN is approved for patients aged 1 month and older. Dilution of Zofran Injection in 50 mL of 5\% Dextrose Injection or 0.9\% Sodium Chloride Injection is required before administration to adult and pediatric patients for the prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with emetogenic chemotherapy.
